Geoffrey Brennan

Geoffrey Brennan doesn’t just sell homes; he understands how they are built from the ground up. The son of a Home Inspector and Professional Engineer, Geoffrey grew up in Fairfield County with a front-row seat to the industry. After marrying his high school sweetheart in 2009 and settling in Oxford, CT, he turned his passion into a career, when in 2010 he bought his first investment property.

Before becoming a Full-Time Realtor, Geoffrey successfully renovated and sold 18 houses and built a personal portfolio of Multi-Family Properties that he continues to manage to this day. This hands on experience led him to being a licensed Home Improvement Contractor (15+ years) with valuable contacts in almost every aspect of home repair and improvement.  Deeply embedded in the investment community, Geoffrey splits his time equally between helping families find homes and helping fellow investors begin their investing journey and scale their portfolios. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2013, Geoffrey’s transition from investor to Top-Selling Agent has been fueled by sharing his experience with the “Heart of a Teacher.”  Whether he is helping a first-time buyer navigate their first purchase or guiding a seasoned investor through a multifamily deal, Geoffrey’s goal is always the same: using his skills to create the best possible outcome for his clients.

When he isn’t analyzing markets and managing The Iron Gate Team, Geoffrey is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, golfing, and traveling with his wife and two sons.
